Hotel Duval
The goal was to remake a dated 1950's hotel into a boutique showplace and the upscale place in town to see and be seen.
An 8th floor was added to the building, providing space for a roof top bar and banquet room. Arriving guests are protected from the weather by an arched valet parking drive-thru. A carefully detailed Shula's 347 Grill sits adjacent to the 1st floor lobby and cafe.
Sliding glass doors meeting at the corner of each bathroom provide a focal point for the fully renovated guest rooms.
