This is a 1,700 sf freestanding building for a Texas based developer.
I helped my client realize that the original building on the site could not be renovated to meet the needs of their tenant. The new building was designed to fit on the existing floor slab to simplify the cities environmental and permitting process. The client was based in Texas, so my services included site visits during construction, regular progress reports, and review of contractor pay requests.
