Cool Grindz Coffee
A young entrepreneur discovered an in-town property with a collapsed roof and myriad other problems, but an ideal downtown location. The load bearing brick walls were in excellent shape and city preservation funds were available for the renovation.
The goal was to create a fashionable cafe and casual night spot for young professionals. The cleaned load bearing brick walls act as background for strong colors, glowing onyx bar top, and backlit bar bottle display.
